The App is designed for students, young people, and other individuals interested in sport, education, and personal development. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the App.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your information up to date. You may delete your account at any time through the App’s profile settings.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems.
• Use the App to send unsolicited communications or spam.
• Submit connection requests to ambassadors with false or fraudulent intent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App’s servers, networks, or security features.

4. Tour Events and Activities

The App allows you to register for tour stops, check in at events, and participate in the Elevate Pass gamification program. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify tour events at any time. Points, stamps, and rewards earned through the App have no monetary value and may be adjusted or revoked at our discretion.

5. Ambassador Connections

The App facilitates connection requests between users and ambassadors. We do not guarantee that any ambassador will respond to or accept a connection request. Any relationship formed through the App is solely between you and the ambassador, and we are not responsible for the conduct or content of any ambassador.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the App, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of The Sports Girlie Tours or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App’s content without our prior written consent.

7. Third Party Links

The App may contain links to third-party websites and services, including podcast platforms, the Amazon book purchase page, and external opportunity applications. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of these third-party sites.
